FAQ’s

How much notice do I need to give before placing an order?
For grazing boxes, I would like 48 hours notice. For larger spreads and celebrations, please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The more notice you can give me for your special date the better!

Do I need to pay a deposit?
For grazing tables a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance payable 7 days before your event. I kindly ask that full payment is made upon confirmation of your order for grazing boxes and platters

How do you deal with dietary requirements and allergies?
Please let me know if you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements and I will cater accordingly. I cannot guarantee that my grazing boxes and tables are allergen free

Can I customise my order?
Of course! My aim is to provide as much colour and variety as possible but if there is something you would specifically like to see or not see, please let me know and we can talk alternatives!

Do you supply plates & cutlery?
Bio-degradable cutlery can be included free of charge with any grazing box, please ask when booking! For grazing tables, biodegradable palm leaf plates and wooden cutlery can be provided for £1.50 per head

What if I need to cancel my order?
Due to the nature of the service, regrettably, I cannot offer refunds. Date changes will be considered with sufficient notice and availability
