How much notice do I need to give before placing an order?
For grazing boxes, I require at least 48 hours notice. For larger spreads and celebrations, please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The more notice you can give me for your special date the better!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For grazing tables a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance payable 7 days before your event. I kindly ask that full payment is made upon confirmation of your order for grazing boxes.
How do you deal with dietary requirements and allergies?
Please let me know if you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements and I will cater accordingly. I cannot guarantee that my grazing boxes and tables are allergen free.
Can I customise my order?
Of course! My aim is to provide as much colour and variety as possible but if there is something you would specifically like to see or not see, please let me know and we can talk alternatives!
Do you supply plates & cutlery?
If you would like wooden cutlery with your grazing box, please request when ordering! For grazing tables, disposable servewear can be provided at an additional cost of £1 per head.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Due to the nature of the service, regrettably, I cannot accept refunds. Date changes will be considered with sufficient notice and availability.
Do you travel & how much is delivery?
Grazing boxes can be collected from LN1 1AF. For the delivery of grazing boxes/set up of grazing tables, I am happy to travel free of charge within 5 miles of my address. For anywhere greater than 5 miles, delivery cost will be calculated based on the round-trip mileage (45p per mile).
While I would love to cater for everyone, please be mindful that for journeys greater than 10 miles there may be a minimum spend required!
What is the difference between the flat-lay and the “amazing” grazing table?
With the flat-lay grazing table, the food does all the talking. Produce will be laid out on wax paper with chutneys and dips in compostable ramekins. When you have finished grazing, simply roll up the paper and dispose of. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Wooden cutlery and plates can be added to your order for an additional £1 per head (so there really is zero washing up!).
If you choose to upgrade to the “amazing grazing” table you can hire out an assortment of table decorations such as wooden boards, stands and glassware. This will incur an additional cost of £30 per meter and an inventory must be signed upon completion of set up. Any lost or damaged equipment will incur a charge at retail price. All equipment/props must be returned or collected next day.
How long will my food stay fresh?
To ensure your grazing table keeps as fresh as possible, please choose a cool spot away from direct sunlight. Displays stay most fresh within a 4-hour window from set up. If after 4 hours you still have perishable produce on the table, I recommend that these are disposed of.
What are the logistics & how long will it take to set up?
All food will be kept chilled in transport and onsite parking is required in order for me to unload. If there is limited or no parking on site, please do let me know upon booking so we can try to make other arrangements. The time to arrange your table will vary depending on size, but I can usually work my magic in 1 – 3 hours!
