The Story Behind Grazed…
If look back on my 6 year old self, stood outside the house selling digestives topped with chocolate spread and rainbow sprinkles, or opening “Emma’s Bedroom Café” specialising in high quality cardboard meals… I think it’s safe to say food has always been my greatest passion.
Led by my love of food and cooking, I went on to get a first class Food Marketing degree at Sheffield Hallam University. Since graduating, I have worked in a number of roles within the food industry, developing my own recipes and launching products into the UK supermarkets. I have achieved a level 3 award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering and a level 3 award in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).
In 2020 I decided to take a leap of faith. Grazed was born from a desire to provide food that is sociable, delicious and so good-looking that it is almost too good to eat. I put my love and energy into everything I create and guarantee to give you and your guests a feast to remember.
